Arthur possesses an extensive background in foreign investment and tax law, with over two decades of experience serving international corporations, national enterprises, and private clients.

His professional journey includes significant tenures at law firms in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and a formative experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (one of the Big Four) in Munich, Germany.

A seasoned lecturer, Arthur imparts knowledge at numerous institutions across Brazil and internationally, enriching the global legal community with his expertise.

He is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers - AIJA, one of the world's top five largest lawyer associations, where he has held various esteemed positions and orchestrated numerous events.

Arthur's academic odyssey began in Brazil and extended to Germany, culminating in an LL.M in German Law with a focus on International Taxation from the prestigious Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.

He is fluent in Portuguese, German, English, and Spanish.

Anna Carolina Carvalho Gomes

Anna primarily works in the corporate sector, having specialized in contracts and developed a range of skills that make her stand out in this field.

With a solid academic background and numerous specializations from renowned institutions such as FGV, PUC, and EMERJ, she is currently enhancing her knowledge by studying Succession Planning Engineering and Contractual Law Practice.

She has extensive practical experience through legal secondments at large multinational companies in the technology and railway sectors, working within the internal legal department with a focus on contracts. This experience provides her with a practical legal perspective that is of utmost importance to her clients.

Additionally, she is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and IBRADEMP - the Brazilian Institute of Business Law.

 She is distinguished by her proficiency in Portuguese, German, and English, as well as her significant international experience, which effectively supports foreign clients looking to invest in Brazil.

Her professional excellence is evident in her remarkable academic trajectory, extensive market experience, and continuous pursuit of qualifications that address the demands of the current legal context.

Estela Manna

Estela specializes in Labor Law, focusing on labor litigation. She supports medium and large companies in defending against labor claims, defining strategies, drafting legal documents, and managing cases, hearings, process reports, risk analyses, and forecasts for labor cases.

She has experience in various sectors, including food and beverages, services and retail, telecommunications, entertainment, as well as education and technology.

Additionally, she provides consultancy on labor practices, working directly with the legal and human resources departments of companies. Her expertise covers advising both national and multinational clients, ensuring comprehensive and effective support in all areas of labor law.

She graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2020).

She holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Advocacy – Labor Law and Procedure Post-Reform – from the Brazilian School of Law (EBRADI) – 2022.

She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association.

She is fluent in Portuguese and English.

Karina Guterman

Karina is a professional with over three years of practical and theoretical experience in tax and customs consulting and litigation.

Her work is predominantly in the oil and gas, retail, and telecommunications sectors, where she has developed specialized skills that set her apart in these areas.

With solid experience in law firms, she brings valuable practical insights to her clients.

She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Tax Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a Postgraduate degree in Customs Law and International Taxation at the Maritime Law Academy.

She has also completed an extension course in Customs Law and International Trade Taxation at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), continually reaffirming her commitment to professional excellence.

Samara Sabença

Samara is an enthusiast of Tax Law, currently in her final year of Law at IBMEC.

Throughout her journey, she has gained significant experience as an intern in renowned tax litigation firms, where she developed her skills and expanded her knowledge of tax legislation in practical contexts.

Additionally, she has experience in Civil and Consumer Law, acquired in specialized firms where she had the opportunity to collaborate with highly qualified professionals in these areas.

Focusing on the tax field, she has furthered her knowledge through courses offered by FGV and ABMAX, and actively participates in research groups dedicated to the study of tax legislation and its continuous updates, enriching her academic and practical understanding of the law.

She has expertise in visual law resources, standing out for her versatility, effective communication, and practical approach in the legal context.

She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
